A fast, free and independent word finder for Scrabble, Words With Friends and Wordle — built to help you find the best word on your rack and pick up a few new ones along the way.

What we do

Word Finder Pro turns a jumble of letters into every legal word you can play, ranked by score. Whether you are staring down a rack full of consonants, hunting for a Q-without-U play, or just trying to settle an argument over whether a word is real, our word finder and dictionary checker give you an answer in an instant. We also build focused tools for the games you actually play: a Words With Friends cheat, an anagram solver and a Wordle solver.

The dictionaries we use

Our Scrabble lists follow tournament editions. WWF and Wordle use public references, whose coverage may differ from the games' current dictionaries.

  • Scrabble (US & Canada): NWL2023 — 196,601 words. The official word list for Scrabble in the US, Canada and Thailand (NASPA NWL 2023). Source and rules.
  • Scrabble (UK & worldwide): CSW24 — 280,887 words. Collins Scrabble Words 2024 — used in the UK and international tournaments. Source and rules.
  • Words With Friends: ENABLE + verified additions — 168,554 words. An ENABLE-based reference with verified WWF additions and WWF tile scores. Check acceptance in the game. Source and rules.
  • Wordle: Community snapshot — 14,855 words. A community reference of five-letter Wordle guesses; the game's current list may differ. Source and rules.

Sources reviewed 2026-10-03. Our checker distinguishes “Valid” or “Invalid” in the Scrabble editions from “Listed” or “Not listed” in the WWF reference. QI, ZEN and TEXTING are verified WWF additions. A missing reference entry does not prove that WWF rejects a word; check it in the game.
