A fast, free and independent word finder for Scrabble, Words With Friends and Wordle — built to help you find the best word on your rack and pick up a few new ones along the way.
What we do
Word Finder Pro turns a jumble of letters into every legal word you can play, ranked by score. Whether you are staring down a rack full of consonants, hunting for a Q-without-U play, or just trying to settle an argument over whether a word is real, our word finder and dictionary checker give you an answer in an instant. We also build focused tools for the games you actually play: a Words With Friends cheat, an anagram solver and a Wordle solver.
The dictionaries we use
A word finder is only as good as its word lists, so we use the same official dictionaries that tournament players trust:
- TWL / NWL 2023 — the North American word list used for Scrabble in the United States and Canada.
- Collins CSW 2021 — the international Scrabble word list used in most of the rest of the world.
- ENABLE — the open word list that powers Words With Friends, so our WWF results match what the app will accept.
Because these lists differ, a word can be valid in one game and rejected in another. That is exactly why we check every dictionary at once and show you where each word is allowed.
